The Village Arts Factory in Canton, Michigan, is currently accepting interest forms for a 170 sq ft art studio, available January of 2026. This unique opportunity is perfect for artists who want to grow their practice in a vibrant and collaborative arts campus that values creativity, connection, and community impact.
We are seeking prospective studio tenants who embody the following qualities:

- Willingness to Participate in Community Events: Tenants should be open to contributing to open studios, workshops, exhibitions, and other events that support the Village Arts Factory’s mission.

- Professional Artistic Practice: Artists of all mediums are welcome, but must demonstrate a consistent creative practice and a clear vision for their studio use.
- Commitment to Space Stewardship: Tenants are expected to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment and to follow all facility guidelines.
