Write Your Life: Memoir Workshop
Every life holds stories worth preserving. In this four-session memoir workshop, author and oral historian Dorothy J. Best will guide participants through the process of transforming personal memories and experiences into meaningful written narratives.
Using thoughtfully designed writing prompts, participants will explore the people, places, moments, and turning points that have shaped their lives. The workshop offers a welcoming, collaborative environment where writers can develop their voices, strengthen their storytelling skills, and gain confidence by sharing their work with a supportive community.
About the Instructor
Dorothy J. Best is an author and oral historian with an M.A. in Creative Writing. She brings her experience in storytelling, personal narrative, and the preservation of lived history to this engaging four-week workshop.
